comparison, quotation, or switching process is completed on their platform and subject to

• Energy comparisons and switching services are provided entirely by third-party
partners
• 1ClickEnergyFix does not provide energy advice
• We do not control tariff availability, pricing, supplier acceptance, or contract
terms
• Any energy contract entered into is between you and the energy supplier

4. Fees & Commission
Energy comparison and switching services are typically provided at no cost to the customer.
1ClickEnergyFix may receive a commission from third-party partners or suppliers for
successful switches. This does not affect the price you pay for your energy unless stated
otherwise by the supplier.

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Cooling-Off
Energy suppliers generally provide statutory cooling-off periods in accordance with
applicable regulations.
Cooling-off rights, cancellations, and contract terms are governed by the supplier and/or
comparison partner’s terms and conditions.

 

 

6. Optional Energy Account Management
Following a successful energy switch through our service, customers may choose to
enrol in our optional Energy Account Management service.
This is a separate service provided by 1ClickEnergyFix and is not required to switch
energy.
The service may include:
• supplier communication support
• billing query assistance
• renewal reminders
• ongoing account guidance
We do not guarantee savings, billing outcomes, or supplier decisions.

7. Account Management Fees & Term
Fees for Energy Account Management are clearly disclosed prior to sign-up.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act
2018. Where required to facilitate energy comparison or switching, customer data may be
securely shared with trusted third-party partners, subject to your consent.
