These Terms & Conditions apply to the Energy Account Management service provided by
1ClickEnergyFix. By enrolling in this service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The Energy Account Management service is an optional paid support service designed to
assist customers with ongoing energy account administration after they have switched
energy through our service.
1ClickEnergyFix is not an energy supplier and does not provide regulated energy advice.

 

 

2. Scope of Service
The service may include:
• Assistance with supplier communication
• Support with billing queries
• Help understanding energy statements
• Renewal reminders and general account guidance
The service does not include negotiating tariffs, guaranteeing savings, or influencing
supplier decisions.

 

 

 

3. What We Do Not Provide
1ClickEnergyFix does not:
• Control energy pricing or tariffs
• Make decisions on behalf of suppliers
• Guarantee savings or billing outcomes

4. Eligibility
The Energy Account Management service is available only to customers who have
successfully switched energy through our service.

 

 

5. Fees & Payment
Fees are clearly displayed prior to sign-up. Payment may be made monthly or annually
depending on the plan selected.
Where a fixed-term plan is chosen (12, 18, or 24 months), the agreement applies for the full
duration.

 

 

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly plans may be cancelled with notice in accordance with the terms provided at sign-
up.

Fixed-term plans are non-refundable once the cooling-off period has passed, unless
required by law.

 

 

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain their energy account in good standing
• Cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to deliver the service

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
1ClickEnergyFix is not responsible for supplier decisions, pricing changes, billing outcomes,
or contract terms.
